"Muy bonito el hotel, pequeño pero muy lindo, nos tocó habitación con vista muy bonita a las montañas. El desayuno también estaba súper bien y muy rico. El personal súper amable. Tienen transportación gratuita de ida y vuelta de la estación al hotel. También tienen un cuarto para guardar los esquís, botas, etc. Nos gustó mucho y la pasamos muy bien."

"Es un hotel muy agradable. Nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas preciosas al Matterhorn y estaba decorada de manera muy acogedora. La zona de la recepción es muy agradable, con la chimenea central siempre encendida. El spa es fantástico, se agradece mucho después de esquiar. Yo tuve una lesión y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de llamar al masajista para que viniera fuera del horario habitual para atenderme y ayudarme a aliviar el dolor. Respecto a los restaurantes, la zona del desayuno es pequeña pero muy variada y con productos de buena calidad. Nos encantaría volver a Zermatt y sin duda eligiríamos de nuevo el hotel Alpen."
