“This hotel in my opinion, occupies one of the best positions along the La Concha promenade and importantly has a terrace which many other properties do not. Everything about the stay was exceptional. The in-room amenities were well thought out. We stayed in a delux room with a sea view. There is a pillow menu available and my feather pillow was delivered within minutes of asking for it. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and everything refreshed regularly so it was all fresh. ……

“Hotel is 5 min walk from the beach and about 30 min walk from the old town. Walk to old town is very enjoyable along the beach. Where are no good restaurants or bars around the hotel, need to drive or walk to the old city. Room was a little small, but balcony was huge and overlooking city and bay. Very good breakfast, nice garage, which need to be reserved in advance as space is limited. Staff is very helpful.”

“The staff was really good but bear in mind that the reception only operated in certain hours and must inform the host if you’ll arrive early. The shower was not the best as the water splashes out easily since there’s no door. Location is amazing.”

Sin embargo tiene varias oportunidades de mejorar: el internet es pésimo; la ubicación es malísima, está en las montañas, bastante lejos de todas las cosas que hacer en San Sebastián; en la habitación, como somos una familia de 4, no había un solo espacio disponible para ni poner las maletas; el baño en lugar de pared, tiene una puerta de vidrio, o sea que si alguien entra al cuarto de baño o a ducharse, se ve totalmente desde la habitación; me……
