Loved the small private beach, in room dining, and the spa. They were surprisingly kid friendly, and had a scavenger hunt for marine life that won a treasure from a pirates chest.

I liked how the property was walking distance to cannery row. It was a nice clean hotel, staff were friendly, beautiful ocean view room with balcony to where we were able to see sea otters out in the water. Overall it was a peaceful stay and would like to stay again

Unfortunately, the power went out in all of Monterey the night of my stay. Although it was not the hotels fault, it made our stay less enjoyable with no power. We were on the 4th floor with a wheel chair and staff were great about helping get my daughter down to the lobby. But no power from 9:30 PM till we checked out at 10 AM ruined the stay.
