This hotel was extremely overpriced for the amenities. Room was drab, did not have a “balcony” as advertised (only a 6” catwalk that you could not even stand on, let alone sit outside on. The tiny refrigerator was only a minibar and had no space for the drinks and food we brought. I expected a lot more for over $500 a night. Never again!

We had a good stay here! Location was perfect, since it is right there on Cannery Row! Short walk to the aquarium and easy access to shops and restaurants! Hotel is clean and comfortable! Didn’t get a chance to use their lounge area but it looked very relaxing

Music played outside the room ( in the restaurant) all night - someone forgot to turn it off when restaurant closed. So,loud we could leave balcony door open. Front desk staff acknowledged the mistake but mad no offer to compensate us for disturbance

Great area to stay in. Really enjoyed the service from the staff and valet. Unsure if it's worth the price we paid as the rooms themselves were a little barebones, but I understand the general location is pricey in general. The tv in our room was older and the brightness wasn't great. Bathrooms were beautiful though.

The hotel is very conveniently located if you plan to visit Cannery Row and the Aquarium. All the staff from Reception, to the restaurant and valet parking were extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. Our only concern is related to the room type. We reserved an oceanview room, more expensive than partial oceanview, but we couldn’t see the ocean without opening the window and pushing the body towards the veranda. We complained to the front desk, who advised that next time we should pick oceanfront view.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The Monterey Bay aquarium was about a two minute walk and it’s located right on the strip with restaurants and stores. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Everything was a smooth process.
