Such a great and quiet hotel. Situated just 5 mins walk from the 747 airport bus station and 10 mins walk from the old city. I had a very comfortable corner room, modern, super clean and relatively spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

It’s a very nice property right near the convention center, which has a Metro station attached. Check-in is kiosk based with assistance and we were able to check in at noon the day of arrival, which was great. For those looking for air conditioning in the summer, this hotel delivers. Rooms get properly cold!

Arrived early. Hotel staff safely stored our luggage. Hotel staff recommended a great place to eat that was walking distance from Hotel. During our meal, we received an email stating our room was ready. We were checked in earlier than expected which was great. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant service one evening. The staff literally rolled their eyes as we entered. Apparently they were short staffed and we were told our food may be awhile. We did not fell welcome and went elsewhere. But the following morning, breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and supper there that evening was amazing !!

The room was modern looking. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The building was kept clean. House keeping did a great job. The valet service was adequate except for the mixup at checkout when they made us wait a half hour to get our vehicle. The hotel is overpriced, probably to pay off the enormous overhead costs they must have for trying to be a luxury hotel. We didn’t have reliable wifi or streaming for our entire 3 day stay. Room design is awkward. The bathroom had heavy sliding doors and was literally located in the front hallway The IT department were at a loss to figure out the wifi issue. There was no complimentary continental breakfast only a poorly run restaurant that had terrible hours of operation and a dull menu. The hotel was designed to keep the guests spending in this awful economy where everything is already so expensive.

The hotel is in good central spot to explore downtown Montreal as well as the old port and mount royale. Plenty of restaurants and close enough to the metro. The downsides: the rooms are pretty small, there is no pool if you're looking for that, and it would be a nice benefit to offer complimentary in the morning. There are coffe makers in the rooms, but coffee mate piwder is horrible, maybe swotch to liqiud creamers. Adding a trash can get and there in the public spaces would be convenient as well.

As everyone has mentioned, aside from the small room, everything else is great. The location is excellent, it’s clean, and the staff are very friendly. It's just that the room is indeed small.
