The hotel is new, clean, beautifully maintained and the staff are helpful and welcoming. What did not go well was a DJ night event was going on in the 6th floor party area and the thumping music made it impossible to rest or sleep. I talked to the front desk and they explained even though I was on the 3rd floor, three floors down from the DJ area, there was no quieter room available as all the top floors shook from the music. The Falkensteiner should decide if it wants to be a hotel to welcome all travelers, or an event space that only hosts party people -- then properly advertise as such.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were clean, comfortable and with ideal facilities. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus which we enjoyed each evening. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had multiple options and as perfect. If I have the opportunity to return to Verona, I would automatically choose to return to the Due Torri.

We had a great stay overall. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Breakfast was included and had a good selection each morning. The location is really convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station, and there are plenty of shops, squares, and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to get around on foot. The room was new and modern, and I liked the remote-controlled curtains—they were a nice touch. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the shower setup. The shower is in a separate enclosed space from the toilet, which isn't a problem by itself, but there are only a few hooks inside and you have to be careful not to get your towel wet. There's also nowhere to put your clothes or other personal items, which made it a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. I'd happily stay here again.
