"An outstanding accommodation, staff service was excellent, the complex facilities were unmatched and food services were fresh and delicious. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a relaxing experience."
"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "This was a perfect area for exploring Tokyo. The hotel is near the Shinjuku Station where you can connect to trains, subways Nex train to airport. It is a very vibrant area with lots to do nearby. The hotel is beautiful. The staff’s very courteous. Amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet wa amazing. Would definitely stay here again."
"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking that distance with all your luggage is difficult. They said they were doing renovations on the building a there would be noise but we heard nothing. There is a bakery in the lobby that was always busy. Would recommend this hotel is you want to stay in a quieter area of Shinjuku."
"Very conveniently located as it's connected to Sunshine City Mall and less than a ten minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, and there's a Family Mart located on the first floor. The views are always spectacular. The staff are very friendly and even though the room wasn't immediately ready when using self check-in, the staff were helpful at reception and everything was sorted promptly. It's also easy to get to and from the airport with the Airport Limousine service and they have a luggage forwarding service in the lobby as well. This will always be my go-to hotel to stay in whenever I visit Tokyo. "
"This was the perfect spot for our trip! The hotel is impeccable. Friendly staff and very foreign-friendly. It’s centrally located close enough to conveniently get to everything via metro or walk, but a very quiet in the immediate area. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!"
