We were there for a weekend wedding. We tried to check in around 2 when we arrived. Our room was ready. Check in is 4 so we were very happy, but my brother's room wasn't ready until 4:30 and we had an event to attend at 6. The room was nice but there is no counter space or shelf in the bathroom and no other mirrors which makes getting ready difficult.

The suites are spacious. Pools and outdoor common areas are well maintained. This entire property is lacking preventative maintenance, both interior and exterior. I spoke with the front desk staff, maintenance and cleaning staff individually about these issues. The primary issue, which was never resolved, was the cleanliness and air quality of our suite. The HVAC coil was covered in dust and mildew; air filter was so dirty it was black. The drip pan below coil had stagnant sludge in it and drain was clogged. The smell was so bad that we weren’t able to use the A/C for 2 nights. I explained to the front desk staff that our 7 year old has allergies, so we would not be able to use the A/C. There response was to offer us another suite with equally dirty HVAC. Which they blamed on a hurricane from almost 6 years ago? I have attempted to contact LA Tour regarding this matter and they have not responded. I expect to be fully reimbursed for the stay and may choose to pursue further action after our daughter is examined by her physician.

Everything was great! Staff was very nice and helpful. My room was clean and perfect for my family. I had my 2 granddaughters and they loved the bunkbeds. Mattresses and pillows were so comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Had 5 people total to include my husband and 3 children. The 2 bed room villa had more than enough space. The property has 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, and sauna as well as a tennis court, playground, picnic area and many other outdoor amenities. We will definately stay at this property for our future Atlantic Beach trips.

A wonderful stay at this Resort. The suite we rented was very clean and well prepared for our visit. Very friendly staff at the property. Follow ups on how everything was going and helpful information shared throughout the stay. Access to beach was very easy and amazing beach. Close to all nearby dining and grocery shops. We were pleased with the overall property. However, the first night I questioned whether or not our sheets had been changed because there was a flea on the sheets. The shower really needs to have a shower mat placed to avoid someone falling as the floor. The shower floor became very slick. We enjoyed the pool until I almost fell trying to get out of the pool due to the metal ladder being slick due to algae. This is the pool near the front entrance before going to the check in office.

Our location ended up being close to the road. There were attempts to update the rooms with flooring and kitchen , but the rooms need a really good cleaning. The baseboards were nasty and the doors and walls needed washed. There was mold all around the bottom of the shower. Not where we will stay again.
