"This is the best overall mid-tier hotel we have stayed in. The front desk agent was prompt and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. Even the pillows were good quality and size - something that is hard to find at hotels these days. The included breakfast buffet was excellent - better than some cook-to-order breakfasts I've had at other chains. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Knoxville."
