The motel was very clean, nicely located & staff was very friendly, efficient, responsive & professional. Would like to have a couple more towel bars in the bathroom & a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Tupper Lake area.

The room was cold and the staff had to bring a space heater to heat the room. But the staff was very attentive and tried to please us anyway she could. The door didn't fit properly and you could see sunlight through the bottom of it. Also, there was no chair to sit in to read, no dresser, limited outlets for someone who needs to use a CPAP and other electrical equipment. The attendant had to bring in a floor outlet to plug in a space heater...There was no phone in the room if needed...On the positive side, the shower was great and easily accessible for a handicapped person; and the toilet and refrigerator were great. There was a little stand where some items could be stored but no dressers. The staff tried hard to accommodate us and we were appreciative. However, I would not recommend this place for older people for a lengthy stay...If you want a luxurious room, this isn't it. It was functional with a staff that aimed to please...

We had a great one night stay. Mini golf, pickle ball, pool and hot tub were wonderful. S’mores at the fire pits was peak vacation vibes. Staff was excellent. Our room in the West Lodge was overall good: our son was very excited about the bunk beds. The only thing lacking was a comfy spot to sit in the room. There were two standard dining chairs at the small table and two adirondacks on the balcony but a cozy seat or two indoors would have been perfection. Wish we could have spent more time exploring and enjoying - we will definitely stay there again in the future.
