“Our two Middlebury grad families had a great weekend here. The house is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Walk or drive like 4 mins to restaurants in town. And a super quick drive to the Snow Bowl! ”

“We had an amazing time staying at the Tacklebox! The main cabin and bunkhouse were very cozy to sleep in, and we had an incredible view of Lake Champlain. We’ll definitely have to come back in the summer when the lake has thawed. The sauna and hot tub were also very relaxing, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun place to vacation in Vermont!”

“Thanks for welcoming us to Middlebury. This spot definitely has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and a great location. Had to knock down a few stars and leave this review just to note here in case helpful for others with more limited mobility or small children that the inside stairs are extremely steep and slippery (no tread/carpet and slick paint) - we found it hard to navigate and had to make different arrangements. Also, some key/lock issues and found clean sheets, but……

“This house has literally everything you would ever need. Even had a pack n play, kids towels, baby wipes, and a kids play mat. Would be nice to stay in warmer months to enjoy the lake.”

“Absolutely gorgeous property! Exactly as described, and even more relaxing in person! I loved the fire pit, the view from the porch and the sounds of nature in the backyard. The inside was so cute and cozy and made me wish I could live there permanently. 10/10 would stay here again. Elizabethtown is also a quaint little town that was close to great hiking!”
