“We requested early check-in two weeks prior for 2pm instead of 3pm. Had to attend a wedding at 4pm 20 minutes away. Expedia said to call the property to confirm. We called the day before and the gal that answered was rude as one could imagine. She said no. We called Expedia on the way in (9 hour drive), to see if we could get early check in, they said yes for a fee of $20. We arrived at 2:35pm. When we went to the property the code would not allow entry. Called Expedia, and at 3pm we gained……

“Unique!! Yes! Very Old Dishevled Building. No Security. Zero amenities The advertised DID NOT Exist!! FILTHY FLOORS. Water Faucets do not work! No screens in the windows. Every Other Room is SMOKING!! The place is an ash try!! Some Staff Member used my debit Card! There Employees live permantly It run by Capital Vacations!! Stay in a tent At least you would know what you have!! !”

“my friend fell asleep in the room and when I got there my key would not work for the door and neither would any of the additional keys they made for me neither would the master key to which the worker said she didn't really know what else to do so I had to pound on the door until I woke my friend to let me in”

“No breakfast items that were supposed to start in the summer. Need to have larger trash baskets for garbage in room. Especially if cooking in room. More Kleenex in rooms. Not just bathroom. Channel TV guide printout would be nice.”

“I booked this cabin for my husband and a group of guys for the weekend. The guys had a fantastic time and said the cabin was perfect for the weekend getaway. There was plenty of room and my husband said the host was fantastic they stayed over a weekend that got significant snowfall and the host was great about checkout times being that the roads needed to be cleared. The guys all said they’d go back again! A real gem of a find!”
