"Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall."

"Was a good stay and the in room onsen was a bonus. Breakfast and dinner were great though the dinner menu was very similar over the two nights we dined there. Service levels were consistently good though it's odd that they didn't clean our room on the second day. Overall it was a good enjoyable stay.
P.S. while the hotel is near Gora station on paper, the walk there is incredibly exhausting with steep stairs and an endless incline. So if you're bringing young ones along, do take note."
"I had a very pleasant stay at Blisstia. The room was very new, beautiful and spacious. The staff were very friendly and they assisted me with the check in and check out process. The area around the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There’s a 7-11 just across the road for quick runs for snacks. Onsite parking is available too. The onsen was fantastic and was a must visit after a long day out. I’d recommend this place and will be back for future visits to Hakone."
"I’d like that they have a good view of Fuji mountain and the place is clean and comfy ! Onsen was the best ! Some of the staff are very friendly and some are not .. oh well I don’t ask too much but I enjoyed my stay anyway "
"The hotel is perfect, we loved it!!! The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast that was very weird and the fact that there was nothing to eat around the hotel, only very bad and expensive restaurants "
"The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. "
