"Laundry service and cleanliness is good when she is working! Pool is cold but the room is warm. Breakfast is ok, there is always sausage but not always eggs or waffles"

"The was a strong odor of urine by the bed. I used febreze to mask the smell. The pool was out. It was out of order back in August too!"
