"Nice unit with plenty of space, right on the beach. All the staff we talked to were very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the HVAC and they did their best to help. I did find it a bit frustrating how many different people i had to talk to about the checkin process. Felt like it could have been easier."

Our over 60 in age of 4 guys played golf in the day and enjoyed the beach view from our balcony during the evening. This place was extremely clean and well equipped with everything we needed. "Wonderful property for long weekend. We loved walking to the lighthouse, Carolina bbq, and coffee shop. The beach was in easy walking distance and getting onto the 4x4 beach was a breeze from here! We didn’t need to use it but they had beach chairs available and an outdoor shower (we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower, but we brought our own so it didn’t matter much). Beds were comfy and shower pressure was FANTASTIC. Not much of a view but there is a pool and gym within easy walking...

"There were plenty of coffee pods but we learned no kuerig. There were chairs no umbrella so we bought one and donated. Dusting could have been better. I found contacts by my bedside. No floor mats in the bathrooms. Towels were skimpy. No hair dryer in bathroom. The hosts didn't go the extra steps to make it welcoming."

"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"We loved the house. It's an old property, but very comfortable. It was a lot of house for two people, but it was one of those things. Who did we want to spend a week with. Turned out to be no one. And that was just fine. I have been under a lot of stress since December and this was exactly what I needed. It take a bit to figure out the switches and thermostats, etc. But its just a cool comfortable house. I want to go back next year."
