Das gebuchte Zimmer für 1 Person stand nicht zur Verfügung. Stattdessen wurde ein Mehrbettzimmer angeboten in dem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Das gesamte Gelände war nachts unbeleuchtet und es war lebensgefährlich, abends zum Parplatz zu gehen. Brüchige Treppenkanten und wild verlegte Wasserleitungen rundeten das Bild am. Ebenfalls lag eine Küchenspüle auf dem Zugang zum Zimmer.
