"We had a great stay. The house had all we needed and Daniel responded quickly and answered all our questions. At one point the dryer stopped working and in a few hours, Daniel brought us a working dryer. We love the area and the local people are so friendly and helpful. Beaches are beautiful and just an overall great experience. The sauna was a great bonus and we used it almost every day. We highly recommend Daniel's house. "

"The loft had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the hot tub, such a treat in the evenings.Our daughters enjoyed playing in the soft white sand, searching for sea glass and rocks.A beautiful and relaxing location! "THIS IS NOT AN ACTIVE RENTAL anymore. Thankfully I saw another review from June 2025 saying the same. The day before (July 5th 2025) I had not heard anything from the host about check in. I happened to see a review from another guest saying their reservation was cancelled after their check in time and were told it was not a rental anymore. We were driving from Ontario and had been staying in Cape Breton. Luckily we were able to find somewhere else but it caused a lot of stress and upset. VRBO says this has not been rented since 2023. Take this listing down! I see it’s still available to rent and it’s going to ruin a lot of other people’s vacations. We drove past it on our way to our new rental and saw that a pool was being installed in the yard and obviously someone living there. Terrible!!! "
"We stayed as a family because we attended a wedding a Bullpoint Estate. The cottage was perfect for our needs. It was beautiful and super clean, beds extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Bruno was lovely to communicate with. When not at the wedding, we spent time at Carters beach down the way which was gorgeous. A wonderful stay!"

"What a find! This beautiful property just north of Shelburne NS, in middle Ohio nestled away from the wide world on deception lake was an unbelievable find. The last property on the winding road you a greeted by view of the lake and wonderful wrap around deck. The cottage was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and allows you to be removed from the world with all the comforts of the modern world. A beautiful fire place, two outdoor fire pits, Warf onto the water and sand beach.
Weather you are relaxing in the Sunna or Hot tub, out on the lake on the kayaks or canoe or in the lake swimming. Everything about this place is about convivence and class. From the specular sunrise in the morning and sunsets at night.
I highly recommend this property for your next family or personal getaway. I know I will be back to misty meadows. "
