“So magical ✨ Such a beautiful place with wonderful staff! The room was gorgeous with a view of the water and the property is insane with so many places to sit and beautiful foliage.
We felt very welcomed and the staff are very accommodating. We didn’t utilize this but if you need they will hold your luggage for you after you checkout so you can keep enjoying the property! We booked kayaks through the hotel and highly recommend. The view is perfect!
We ate at the restaurant for dinner once and……

“Affordable rooms if you are passing through. Easy to walk to the lake and vendors, nice view to the volcanos. Breakfast is so delicious! 😋
The staff were so kind and they let me ckeck in earlier then expected after a long trip. I think they can improve the amenities. There should be a couch in the room instead of chairs and some extra blankets for cold weathers.”
