“The room needed repainting, there was a quarter inch dust on the nightstand lightbulb, the floor lamp did not work, the towels and sheets were thin/torn and stained, and the air conditioner worked only intermittently.”

However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. “We were only staying one night. We were switched from a King to 2 Queens. Then something on the motor of the heater/AC wasn't right and the fan ran extremely loudly whenever running. We had to turn off the unit,because it was so loud. We did report it and they fix it for the next person. Also, we stayed there because usually things are great, but we were there a few weeks ago and the price with taxes/fees was $153. This time it was $294. I know prices go up during graduation, but we weren't even……
