“This was my 2nd stay at Al-Madinah. Again it is off the beaten path in a construction contractor area. Then again Muscat does not have an entertainment area of bars, discos, restaurants like other countries. Thus with the exception of the mall hotels few to nothing is walkable. This hotel give a great price for those of you who already have malls at home, so the mall hotels are really not special to you. “Nice location, near airport (1 stop to the airport, 10 minuets,0.3 OMR) and both way bus stop(walk in 5 minuets). Nice staff, cash or credit card are ok, baggage storage for free after check out, room is ok with soap, shampoo, universal socket, no towel and teeth brush, WiFi signal is ok, but is slow and block LINE app. ”

“I find the hotel from the map of hotel.com. But after I took a taxi, i just found out the location on the map is not the same as in Google map. I should stay near to qaboos mosque and the feature of this hotel is that I could walk to the mosque in 5minutes. But actually it is totally another story and now no one is solving try problem and admit it is whose fault. Once there is someone hold responsibility I will change my comment”

“Really great value, slightly odd location by the motorway which made walking to anywhere tricky, and tired fixtures and fittings (and noisy air con), but the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size with a desk/dressing table and armchair and coffee table, plus a small balcony, the soundproofing was great, the water pressure was decent, the wifi was reliable and the bed was comfy - and within easy taxi reach of everywhere - all in all incredible value.”
