“The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor.

“I experienced two troubling incidents that left me seriously questioning this hotel’s professionalism.
First, while I was showering, housekeeping insisted on entering my room despite my repeatedly telling them to return later. They entered anyway and remained for several minutes, completely disregarding my objections. I have no idea what they were doing, but entering and remaining in an occupied room against a guest’s explicit wishes is an unacceptable invasion of privacy.

“I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking.
