“No hot water for 2 nights — known issue not disclosed to guests
The property itself was as described and the staff were friendly. My low rating is due to a hot water problem that guests should know about before booking.
There was no hot water on my first day — no problem, these things happen. But on my last morning, needing to shower before heading to the airport, the hot water ran rust-colored from the tap. I messaged staff at 4:30am and the owner responded quickly, explaining that rust……
“Elegimos ese hotel por su cercanía al evento al que ibamos, y resultó muy adecuado. El hotel en si esta bien y por un precio razonable.
Como critica: Los ductos de los baños emitian olores desagradables cuando se usaban. También la ropa de cama no parecía adecuada.
Se me perdió algo que estoy seguro que no saque de la habitación, y no estaba en mi maleta. Lo reporte al staff y tomaron nota pero al final no hicieron nada, ni se disculparon -- no es de muchisimo valor pero igual, no me gustó……
