Oceanfront 7BR Home w/ Beach Access & Stunning Ocean Views

This 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home, aka ‘The Neagle House’ is a direct ocean front home located on Garden City Beach. Enjoy endless, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean on the screened-in back porch. Off the back, the porch is a private walkway to the beach with a deck and washing station. Large open kitchen/dining/living area with great ocean views, perfect for gathering with family and friends for your vacation. The living area features a fireplace and built-in wet bar. The first level features two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The first floor also features a third bedroom with a twin bed. The second level features four bedrooms. Two of the four bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Two of the four rooms on the second floor are located on the ocean side of the house with access to the second-floor screened-in porch. The master suite is located on the oceanside of the home with great ocean views and a seating area. The bathroom features a double sink, jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. Ample parking for six vehicles.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year at Neagle House! We love the location and layout of the house, however, the house is in need of a few updates, mainly the beds. I'd also say that the past two times we've visited the house has not been very clean & we've had to request additional cleanings.

Enjoyable vaca

We enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for the 11 of us. We had a few issues…not a game changer…but we believe some of the issues we had should be addressed by the owners. The biggest issue was trash pickup. The vacationers prior to us did not dispose of their trash correctly which could have become our issue had we not informed management. We did call on one issue with one of the bathrooms and they sent someone out to fix it. Which helped for a short time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was in good (not great) condition but ideal for our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Neagle house is in a great location with excellent access to the beach and other activities for families. The deck was beautiful and the screened in porch was helpful for small children. However, the house needs a major update or cleaning in the living areas. The couches and chairs are horribly dirty and either need to be replaced or deep cleaned. We put sheets over them to sit on. There was also an excessive amount of spiders in the house all week. The living space is also rather small for the size of the house and the amount of people it holds. The garbage pick up was also an issue. Again, for the amount of people that stay in the house, two garbage cans with one weekly pickup is unreasonable and leads to leaving bags on the curb that attract animals and bugs.During our stay the air conditioner unit was not working. After contacting SeaStar on Sunday they sent someone out on Monday, but did not fix the unit. I needed to make several phone calls before the unit was fixed on Thursday!Overall, the house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and major attractions but needs a big overhall to update and clean

Very worn and dated interior ….needs maintenance!

The common space kitchen/ living room way too small for the number of bedrooms . Screen porch is a disaster,electrical outlets hanging loose with exposed wires. The screen door is screen- less. Carpet is old and nasty thru out the house. HVAC grilles are very nasty and are cover with mold. We reported the outlets being loose early in our weeks stay and had NO response from Star Realty or repair folks . The exterior of the home appears to be ingood condition. The beach front is excellent 👍.For the weekly rate to be worthy the property needs a servers make over…. Last but not least not enough towels clean to make thru the first two days ………RLittle

Great stay for Spring break 2022! Love the house, the beach and deck with walkway to the beach, the morning sunrise on the balcony with coffee. Very much enjoyed our stay to celebrate my 50th birthday! Although my pregnant daughter(whom was told by her nurses back home it was okay for her to go) had her 2nd baby in a Georgetown Hospital! Baby was transfered to Charleston cause he was early. It was still all worth it. Would love to stay again!

Spring Break

The Neagle House was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Sam’s Corner area but a quick golf ride there if we wanted something to eat. Our only problem was trash pickup was only on Monday and the can was overflowing when we arrived. We had to take the trash off to the local dump three different days.

The house was perfect for our family. Linens and towels provided were a huge blessing. Good number of extra blankets (one could be replaced due to condition of it). Service for repairs was prompt and very courteous. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of flatware, coffee mugs!, glasses, dishes, and cookware. Appreciated the variety of storage containers available for leftovers as we cooked most of our meals. We loved all this house has to offer!
