Elevador so small and dirty. Hallway in front of my room with trash on the floor. Carpet in my room wet and smells animal urine. I will never be there again

If you are wanting a nice vacation, do not spend the money. Respectfully, whenever I want to go on vacation even for 1 night, I’d like to spend the money I’ve worked hard for on something nice and this was not it. Problem 1, as soon as I walked to check-in, I could immediately tell it was an undesirable hotel. Problem 2, upon checking in, we were told that the elevator was not working and that we’d be on the 8th floor. Therefore, we had to carry our bags up 8 flights of stairs without a care in the world from the staff. Problem 3, as soon as stepped foot into the room, we saw a roach crawling on the floor. Problem 4, the AC unit barely worked and it’s the first day of Summer. Problem 5, no discount or anything because of the elevators. Nonetheless, I knew coming in that it wasn’t a typical hotel we would stay at but I quickly came to the conclusion that I work hard to have these mini vacations and will not ever be spending my money on hotels like these again. I repeat, stay somewhere else even if it’s not on the beach and not ocean view. It’s just not worth it.

the room was old, run-down and dirty. when i complained at the desk, she told me that she no other rooms because they were sold out and yet there was lighted vacancy sign by the street. the balcony was ok with a great view of the ocean but the chairs were dirty

The rooms were filithy the floors were so dirty that your feet turned black just from walking on them. There was no room service and no maids. The parking was terrible. The only thing good was the staff was very friendly. I will never stay there again.

Honesty this place wasn’t that bad. the room was clean, but it had no pots or pans for the stove. the elevator was gross and kinda sketchy but other than that for the price and being oceanfront it was pretty decent. i would stay again.
