Located on the 7th floor of the Sandy Beach Resort this light filled, corner unit has a direct oceanfront view. Drink your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Relax by one of the many pools or head out to the beach.

The Sandy Beach Resort is modern and clean with lots of amenities. Featuring two heated outdoor pools, jacuzzi and kids splash area there are plenty of places to relax and cool off. For cooler days there is an indoor pool and lazy river.

We just completed a full renovation in September 2019 and added new tile flooring, fresh paint, all new lighting and furniture.

This condo is a one bedroom with two queen beds, kitchen and a separate living/dining room. It comfortably sleeps up to four adults or a small family.

The kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, four burner stove and oven. If you want to stay in and cook we have everything you need including pots, skillets, colander, cutting board, bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, toaster, coffee pot and service for eight.

The living room is large with a comfy couch, chair, and smart tv. The dining area has a round table and comfortably seats four. We also have a pull out Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping space.

We are family friendly and have a pack play crib for infants, beach toys and board games for everyone to enjoy.

We provide high end linens and comforters, new comfy mattresses, cozy bath towels, and kitchen towels.

In the bathroom we have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We try to provide all the little extras to make your stay an easy and relaxing one.

This property had a great view and excellent location next to the beach and pier. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't too glamorous. Overall the property was in fairly good condition - the bedding had some questionable stains, so we didn't use the comforters. Well enough for a short stay, but would not recommend longer than a few nights.

Very relaxing. Perfect location, easy walking distance from entertainment, food and sights. The room has every amenity you could need if you just want to stay on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Claire was great on communication and answered every question immediately. People in the area are great, very friendly. I found it arduous to make a decision when we started looking for a place in the area and all the reviews. Some can be so critical. Not a four star resort, those are available elsewhere. This is clean and well cared for. You won't be disappointed.

The condo was spacious for the two of us. It was clean and an end unit which we liked. It was on the beach and very close to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk. We parked our car and everything was within walking distance.

I greatly enjoyed our stay, and waking up to the fresh ocean air. The accommodations were perfect, and everything was effortless regarding parking, arriving and departing. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was very clean, which is of the greatest importance to me. We did not use the Murphy Bed, so I can only speak of the two queen beds. Lastly, because I was often alone swimming in the ocean, I appreciated having a lifeguard on duty. Our host, Claire, was wonderful, and I would definitely return.

My family and I stayed at the Sandy Beach resort for a short midweek trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo was great with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The check-in process was easy and seamless. The resort has lots of activities for everyone and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed. It also a short walk down the boulevard to all the shops and restaurants. Definitely a great choice for a place to vacation and we will be back.

Very Nice 1 bedroom, full kitchen, living, corner condo with great views! Clean and comfortable, outfitted with everything you need for the beach and relaxing. The place worked great for a family of 4. We did have to do a bit of walking for restaurants but it was all doable for our kids (3&5). The listing shows a waterpark next door and that is no longer there. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Very cute condo, lovely view of the beach. Quiet. Pelicans flew practically right in front of our 7th floor balcony! We enjoyed the heated pools indoor and out, and also the small lazy river. The location was great and parking easy. The building and owner clearly state no smoking, sadly the living room smelled like maybe the last guest was a smoker, and the cleaners didn't really get the smell out. I'm super sensitive to that odor. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway
This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach. Since it was off season, there were SO many places to choose from. We couldn't have picked a better place!! It was perfect for our needs. We were able to walk to so many spots we wanted to see and eat at. We used Uber a few times and it was far cheaper than renting a vehicle. The owner was quick to respond to all of my questions almost immediately-and I ask a lot of them! (Lol sorry about that). Every time we left the condo to walk around the building or go out somewhere, there was an employee cleaning! It always smelled fresh. We had a wonderful time and hope this unit is available the next time we visit Myrtle. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Short winter getaway.
Went for a long weekend. Room was very clean with comfortable furniture and bed. Great ocean view from balcony. Didn’t use any amenities in the building but the kitchen was well stocked for our limited cooking and morning coffee. There’s a nice walking path up to the boardwalk and bars and restaurants in walking distance. Happy hour at Wicked Tuna was great and a very short walk. Would go again!

A wonderful stay by the beach
We loved our stay at this clean, lovely property with a beautiful view of the ocean! Claire was very kind and responsive with our questions. The property had heated pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs that my family enjoyed in December. The property is close to many restaurants, mini golf courses, and shops. I highly recommend staying here!

Claire was absolutely fantastic at communicating with me when it came to things including needing toilet paper, trash room and issues with other neighbors. The view from this condo is beyond explanation; stunning, jaw-dropping, and mezmerizing come to mind. There are two beach chairs for is, along with beach toys for the kiddos. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, but the shoeer head is quite short. Im barely 5 foot 3 and thought it was short. There is sole ripped carpet on the balcony, water spots on the wall in the corner of wall and ceiling behind the tv. The broom needs a serious upgrade to keep up onnthe samd that gets dragged in. There is a vacuum in the broom cloaet as well, but it doesnt pick up anything. I did notice a pack and play in there for use, so another great perk! My 19yo daughter attempted to sleep on the Murphy bed, but said it was super hard and uncomfortable, so we did not use it. Next time I may get a two or three bedroom for more space, but at the end of ghe day, Id go back time and time again. Can I come back now? Haha Thank you, Claire!

50th Anniversary Celebration
Our stay was excellent with only one drawback. The man/occupants of the condo above ours continually smoked skunk weed out on their deck. The smell got so bad we couldn't sit out on our deck, so we left for home a day early. A front desk staff member said he'd report it to security but if we only smelled it and didn't see them do it, not much could be done. That was very disappointing.

Overall it was a nice stay. The condo is actually located within an established beach hotel (Sandy beach) which I thought was interesting. However, we were able to use all the amenities same as the hotel guest. Beach access directly from the pool deck was nice. Didn’t really have to drive much since most everything was within walking distance. The only feedback I would give the owners is to update the mattresses, they felt like very old and unbalanced cheap box springs that were a little rough on the old back. If you stay here I would recommend bringing some type of portable foam topper especially if you have a bad back.

Amazing Beach Vacation
We had an amazing time staying here. The location was perfect. It was in the middle of everything! The condo was great. Just the right size for our family of four (two young kids 2 and 5). It’s nice to have the separate living room from bedroom so we could enjoy dinner and relaxing on the balcony while the kids could sleep. The pools were amazing, the beach couldn’t be any closer, we had a really wonderful time here making great memories.
