Loved the communal lounge and restaurant. Wonderful heated and salted pool just needed more shade. Each of the site’s personnel could not do enough for us. They were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the region. Will go back for future special life celebrations. ”

“Our stay was a very positive one. We just needed communication re booking in process by text, not just email. On the road, I had no access to email and had to get my son to retrieve booking info for us. This was the only problem with the stay - breakfast hamper was excellent!!”

“this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. When I was there, Charles, the owner is taking care of retreat and serve us buffet breakfast by himself. He is a nice gentleman. generally, I think the……
