“Really enjoyed our stay at The Louise. The staff there was very attentive and friendly during our 2-night stay there. They always had a smile and made it a truly comfortable experience. The restaurant Appellation had the most amazing and unobstructed view of the vineyards. We found it very relaxing to watch sunset every evening as we dined there. ”

“Appalling accommodation. Nothing like the photos or description.
The room was dusty, the toilet dirty and the TV didn’t work.
I rang the managing agent several times and they passed on messages to the owners but no one responded. I was given the owners number but they wouldn’t answer.
We had no TV for our whole 8 night stay. My wife cleaned the toilet, bathroom and kitchen and I dusted the furniture.
We were given a partial refund after checking out but do yourself a favour and go somewhere……
