“From arrival this hotel and Dave and Co superseded our expectations. On arrival we were allocated our free parking in site and offered help with luggage. We were given advice on local area and travel tips that made things super cheaper for us! Dave was super nice and friendly, probably the best host we have ever encountered. “Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property .

“This was a little hidden gem that we will definitely return to. It was a wonderful base and the shared facilities- bathrooms and kitchen, was perfect with little extras like snacks and hot drinks to help yourself to.
It was a couple of minutes walk to bus stops, Lidl, convenience stores, Dominoes Pizza and take away.
It was about 15 mins to the station and the start of the walk into town.
I had good communication with Dave prior to check in, who helped out with the process and made it a……

“An extremely warm welcome set the tone for my visit, yea and cake to start off with. First class service delivered by the marvellous hosts. A very well appointed room and en-suite bathroom. “Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay.
He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable.
Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! ”

“Simon and Sue welcomed us as old friends of the family and after 2 days we thought we were. They are lovely people, very obliging, we had a fantastic breakfast included. They provided excellent advice on the sights of Liverpool and transport to and from, including the Mersey Ferry, Thankyou for the lift, and a personalised map. Every part of our stay was easy.
