A bit dated but staffs were excellent. For the price it can’t be beat. They’re even included breakfast and free shuttle, I felt like I was ripping them off

This was a wonderful place to stay after our long flight from the US. The rooms were quiet and clean. The decor was a little dated. It took about 30 minutes to and from Narita on the free shuttle. The breakfast buffet was amazing! It rivaled those I’ve had at five-star restaurants. The staff were kind and attentive.

The stay was lovely, loved the great variety at breakfast which was included. The place was clean and close to the airport, and with a free shuttle. I highly recommand this hotel and enjoyed the stay.
