Great little get away!
Cozy little one bedroom apartment. It has everything you need and more. An endless supply of bottled waters was a nice touch! Highly recommend this place.

We had a very good visit in Franklin. Enjoyed the vrbo. Really appreciated our tours at the Carnton House and Lotz House. All in all we enjoyed our time in Franklin.

Awesome Franklin TN Accommodations
Just a couple of miles to the City of Franklin where we toured battlefield homes with the most informative guides. Don't miss if you want to learn more about the civil war. It is an older building with 4 units and reserved parking out front. Beautiful remodel inside the unit and tastefully decorated. My husband loved the bathroom setup. He kept turning out the lights to watch the blue, green and red lights appear in the water if it was hot or cold... hahaha! The place was very clean and comfortable with hardwood in the main rooms. Everything is white and shiny so it would definitely show. The pictures are very authentic with no hidden uglies. Wish we could have sat by the pool but it is for residents only. Area was quiet and we didn't run into any problems. If I had to critique it would only be to say I wish I could use the hooks in the bathroom and the kitchen table to put out our things. We could have moved the dishes and stuff but we were only there for 4 nights and it wasn't a big deal. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our time in your town. Rating 10 out of 10.

Very Nice!
We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean, fresh, and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee and espresso in the mornings and lounging on the sofa watching tv in the evenings. The selection of tv “apps” to choose from was great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect! Everything was just right and we enjoyed our relaxing stay!
