The area that the hotel is located in is pretty beaten down and a good distance from the heart of Nashville. Lots of people roaming around. Doesn’t look welcoming. The hotel itself was off its own drive. The lobby looks fine. The room was not clean, dirt on the floor, sticky in some areas, and counters were not clean. We could hear our neighbors conversation clearly through the wall. Someone had put tinfoil on the most detector too, it was too high to take it off. Overall, will not be staying here again.

Potential for a nice place. Floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Food, hair, etc all over the floors. Linens were stained. Furniture was stained. Just not very clean.

I stayed at this property last year and was so impressed that I chose to stay again this year. BIG Mistake!! We changed rooms 3 times in 24 hrs. First room door was ajar and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Second room, filthy dirty. Something sticky all over floor so we had to wear our shoes (the substance ruined the soles of my shoes). The mattress pad had an area of blood on it, the bedside table, clock, phone, and remote had food or some substance on them and the microwave was filthy. We had to stay in that room over night as no others were available. The desk clerk did come and he and my sister changed the bedding on the soiled bed. The next morning, no one had a clue about our situation and the fact that the evening clerk has stated that he had made his manager aware of the issues and that we would have a room early the next morning. We finally were moved to a different room that was very neat and clean. I asked to speak with the manager in the room that we moved from so that he could see what we had slept in...he never showed up. Never followed up to see if we were satisfied with the room change or anything.

This was a secret gem! Great price and beautiful hotel. They gave me a HUGE room. Modern decor and very comfortable!
