House was clean and centrally located. We wanted something fairly close Santa Clara beach. There are at least 2 restaurants in the Town Center complex.

The host seemed nice. The appartement needs updates. Kitchen was worn down, shower-head was leaking all over the bathroom. There were stains on pretty much every furniture. Otherwise the inside was ok. The outside though…. Dirty pool, unmaintained property. Some of the building were almost looking ...
