I asked a few time if they would confirm the email address they were sending it to and they would not verify it. Otherwise, the stay was great. Room was clean and comfy. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Both Seaport and Gaslamp were within walking distance. Not to mention the convention center right across the street. Most of the staff were amazing. "
