"I feel that my stay could have been better, minus the fighting all night and kids running up and down the walkway, and waking up to roaches in my food and on a nightstand, I had to throw everything away, and they only discounted one day off of my stay, which it should’ve been the whole thing paid for by them, and the only reason why I checked into that hotel because they had a seven star review, and it was close to family!"

"Staff was great friendly respectful helpful front desk lady my apologies I can’t remember her name but she was amazing had great customer service very respectful and helpful as well as manager pool was amazing clean rooms were comfortable clean. I definitely recommend and will be staying here again "

"The building is beautiful and historical. The rooms were nice size and clean. I have a couple of issues that really need to be addressed. The Wifi is horrible. So so slow. I assume part of the resort fee is for wifi? Almost impossible to adjust the water temperature in the shower. It was generally steaming hot and unable to adjust it to warm or it was ice cold and had to turn on and off several times to get it warm again. Finally, check the bill. I was charged for in room movies which I did not use. I was told this was also an issue. "

"Horrible place. Bathroom sink broken, lights not working, peeling paint, not well kept up. Not worth $100 $25 at most. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!"
