“When we arrived, the door was open, and we assumed that the room was ready. Once we got settled, there were a few things that needed attention, like no washcloths, only two bath towels, very little toilet paper with no spare rolls. Although the body wash dispenser was missing, they did leave small sample bottles. It took a few trips to the front desk to make things right. As for the property, the sink faucet was not the right fit for the Sink as you had to place your hands right up against……

“Great breakfast in the morning”

“Huge holes in the ceiling, buckets full of water sitting everywhere. No pool or hot tub as advertised. Road to the facility has huge potholes. Very outdated rooms and furniture. Only 1 elevator and 1 luggage cart. Had to carry everything up three flights of stairs or walk what seemed like a mile. At one time, it was probably a nice place, really needs upgrades. Wouldn’t recommend it in its current condition.”

“The parking lot was nice and big, no problems getting into and leaving the property. I tried to check the tub drain and it came out of the tub drain mechanism. But I didn’t want a bath so I didn’t worry about it, and left the piece in the tub area. The WiFi worked well with no connection problems. My wife said the coffee at the front desk was very good. She absolutely needs her coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice B&B with very nice owners. Location was nice, a bit out of the way but very quiet and comfortable. Rooms were top notch, and breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The Morgantown Hotel is like walking into a 1940's hotel. Very well taken care of and our room was excellent. Bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. We wish we had had time to explore the area, but alas was on our way back home!”

“Check in was super easy, rooms were clean. Lobby and hallways also clean. No sketchy people wandering around, no smoke smells.”
