“Our 1st room the TV did not work. We called down and was told she would be up if she got a chance. She seemed to be the only one there so we were not in a rush. My husband is an electrician and works with tech so we were sure we had done all we could to try to fix the situation. We turned down the bed to find the comforter was dirty as was the cover. (We have pictures). At this point we asked for a different room. We have never done that before so it was quite uncomfortable. She gave us a……

“For the price and a quick place to stay well travelling home this was a great place. Room was clean. It’s an older place but was clean staff were nice. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was great. Fridge was a bit loud. This is not a 4star hotel but how can you expect that when you’re paying this price. My husband and daughter were pleased with the stay.”

“Liked: Appeared clean, some new fixtures, quiet hallway with carpet. Disliked: Woke up feeling like sheets had been washed in excessive amount of bleach, which led to showering at 3 AM, noticing drain fly in tub, spider webs at ceiling with bugs in webs, 2 red bug bite looking marks on my back, followed by thoughts of bedbugs. After Googling bedbugs, there was no evidence of bed bugs.”

“The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The pillows were awful. Staff only interacted with required conversation, and the free coffee in the morning was gross. There were people drinking & partying and vehicles loitering all night, it didn’t feel safe at all. Top it off the curtains were short and the room was lit up all night from the lights outside. Not a good experience at all ”

“The property was dirty. When I arrived in the room, the television was not working, and it took repeated visits by staff fumbling around to get it to work. I had no hot water in my room the entire day. Pieces of laminate were torn off of the bathroom door. There was considerable other damage to the room as well.”

“I checked in and got my room on the third floor. The minute I walked off the elevator, the smell was overwhelming. A very strong musty smell. The room was ok with the smell, but still there. I never check beds when I stay in a hotel, but I checked this one. There were stains on the mattress protector. Lots of hair was also found on the mattress protector. The pillows were yellow with stains. The curtain was ripped and a huge water stain was on the curtain as well. I couldn't stand to stay there.……
