“Nice”

“The hotel is a little dated with limited views of the city. It states a restaurant on site, but there is no restaurant or bar as stated on their website. The complimentary breakfast was good but they close the restaurant right at 9am. Coffee was not available after the 9am closing since everything was removed by the staff. The staff was great and they reported the hotel is being renovated starting in November 2026. The rooms definitely need updating and our sofa had a lot of stains on it. There……

“The geographical location is very good.”

“warm and welcoming like a self-Service home. Nice furnitures, Nice View. Thank you for your warm treatment, Kasa. And touched by visiting Pittsburgh Public Library and Pittsburgh Symphony, Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh City, CMU, PU…..My Love. “早上和下午的免費餐點很優”

“I like this hotel.”

“One of the worst hotels to stay in!!! Beg bugs almost crawl to my face!!! Multiple stains on mattress!!!! The service was not good. Very bad experience! ”

“健身房跑步機無法使用，飲水機沒有水。”

“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad.”
