“Check in was good. I asked for 2 queen beds and nonsmoking. I was told king bed but then was the said we have double beds. We took the 2 double beds. “As others have commented, the appearance is of an old-style motel, but it's exceptionally well-maintained and clean, plus super affordable! “This hotel was gross. I can't believe the high rating it has. The carpets are stained, the doors are sticky, and our room smelled like urine. We were given an accessible room and the shower head would not stay up more than three feet above the ground. No conditioner for your hair is available. Breakfast is continental; the only hot entree is waffles. It does have plenty of parking and it is easy on/off the highway. We will not stay here again.”

“Fairfield is a beautiful hotel, especially when compared to others in its class. The long rooms are spacious with large walk in showers. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. Complimentary breakfast Sunday morning was good. There were ham, veggie and cheese frittatas along with turkey or pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of condiments and the usual waffle, bagels, muffin and cereal assortment. Coffee is good and you can get tea in the evening, really nice……
