“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……

“I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”

“Das war eine wunderschöne Aufenthalt. Das hat mir alles sehr gefallen. Ich hab mich so wohl gefühlt❤️ Zimmer war sehr sauber das Personal die waren einfach so nett Frühstück war sehr gut alles war sehr sauber. Besser kann man sich nicht vorstellen, ich musste nicht auf Straße parken.
