“We stayed here in Koblenz and were aware that there wasn’t attached parking, so when we checked in late at night, we asked staff where they’d recommend parking, they were very dismissive saying “have a good day” even though it was evening. We speak German and English and found that to be a bit passive aggressive considering we could communicate in both languages. We are two females traveling and found parking about 15 minutes away, which was fine, just the service from the hotel staff was poor.……

“The hotel looks modern and very well maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.”
