“Neighborhood is full of Homeless and does not feel very safe. Magnetic Cards for the room gets disconfigurated if they are close to your Cell phone. Needed to change cards twice. Breakfast need more fruit. Only Apples.”

“I was surprised and disappointed that my pre‑authorization was not returned in full. Before leaving, I specifically asked the front desk to check the room and confirm that everything was in order, and they told me everything was good. While they didn’t charge me for anything, it seems the difference may be due to the CAD‑to‑USD conversion rate. Even so, the unexpected shortfall left me feeling frustrated with the overall experience.”

“The room itself was very clean. But the room and I assume the entire building is in need of renovation. It’s not a deal breaker but if I’m paying over $100 for 2 queen beds, it would be worth it if the bathroom didn’t need the floors replaced. The hallways needed to be vacuumed badly. Not just a 1 day miss, it was obvious that they’re not vacuumed daily. At least not upon arriving on a Sunday night. Now breakfast is the only saving grace for my stay. It was very good and made up for over paying……

“It was a very clean room. The staff were very helpful as well and they also let me know that the hotel would pay to Uber me to the airport.”
