“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The property felt unsettling, with people screaming throughout the night and strange noises that made it difficult to feel comfortable or get any rest. The management was extremely unprofessional, and the front desk staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. They kept the reception door closed for most of the day, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The advertised breakfast was also very misleading. It consisted of only a……

“Very small thin bath towels. Housekeeping is not done daily. It was an ok stay.”

“Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected……

“Room was large and well equipped. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. When we arrived they had complimentary dinner and then breakfast as well the next morning! Pool was nice. Everything here exceeded our expectations. Very pleased that we chose to stay here.”
