"Here is the note I sent to the owner after I left. It never received a response.-My stay in the unit was not what I had expected. Upon arriving 6 hours later than expected due to a delayed flight, I walked into the apartment to find it smelled horrible. Dirty water had been left in the bottom of the dishwasher (still is) and had started to grow fungus and mold. There was no dishwasher soap in the unit so I ran it on sanitize to do what I could to make the smell go away. I'm very grateful the...

"The front end attendant was completely rude (the middle eastern gentleman). The quality of the room was not good at all. The walls were dirty, there were spots on the sheets, rust stains in the tub, a phone receiver but no phone. Had bedbugs that we discovered the day of check when waking up that morning and my sister spots as a result of the bedbugs, as well as waking up to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom. It was not a good experience nor the standard I’m used to when traveling."

"I would not recommend this hotel. They are unorganized and the property is not well maintained. I booked two rooms. One was not cleaned at all and there were dirty towels on the floor and bed not made. The second room we couldn’t even get into due to the door not working. Due to them being sold out we had to find accommodations else where at 2am. The ladies at the desk were very nice and tried to be helpful but unfortunately they were set up for failure. I hope they get it together."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. Booking my stay was easy. Any questions I had the staff was eager to answer for me. It was a comfortable stay. I also liked the area next to the hotel where you can see the docked boats. I spent some beautiful mornings there for prayer and meditation. When I come back to Philly, I know I am going to stay here again. Thank you !"

"During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation. We asked for the key‑log records for our room, but instead of showing them to us, staff simply stated that only guest passes were used. Without transparency, it was impossible to feel reassured or confident in their explanation. Police report was filed. Overall, the lack of accountability and the way the situation was handled left us very disappointed. Security and honesty should be a priority for any hotel, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here."
