“The rooms were not clean. The first room we were given was “clean”, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was used tissues and used q-tip on the bed. The sink had dirty dishes and the counter was dirty. The room we ended up with had stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bath tub and was surface cleaned. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Although the house was beautiful and very clean, the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. The host delayed providing the entry code well past check-in time and refused to release it even after payment was completed. While security cameras are understandable, the extent of surveillance was not properly disclosed. The host repeatedly questioned whether we would be having a party simply because the booking was on New Year’s, which appeared to influence the refusal to provide access. This……
