"The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

"My husband and I booked for a two day stay with another couple. Unit was as described, cute and modern, beds were super comfortable. Parking was a little challenging. Communication was excellent. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again. "
