Room could have been a little cleaner. There was panel flooring and my girls feet became pretty dirty while they walked barefoot. Staff was super courteous. Buffet style breakfast was good.

Hotel definitely needs to be updated. Our room was pretty clean however the linens need to be replaced. One bed cover had a burn mark and a black stain, although clean it should be trashed. As well a few towels were worn past there prime. Otherwise, the staff was fine and breakfast was the normal mostly carb offerings.

Need to improve cleaning practices in and around property. Staff is friendly. The AC unit needs to be maintained and cleaned as well as microwave. Our room was not even mopped and garbage was still inside. The microwave was gross.

Handprints on the headboard

The breakfast options could have been better. The room has handprints on the head board and should have been cleaned. For a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The towels could have been more fresh smelling. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable.

This is a family business with friendly staff. It’s a great, clean place to stay if you’re on the road or have biz in Waterbury. No frills, but excellent beds and showers and the weird joy of a cook-your-own waffle station at breakfast.
