Loved this place

We had a girls weekend away. It was so relaxing and the animals were a lot of fun. Breakfast was great every morning. We had a small bonfire and lots of quiet. The end keepers were awesome and we will definitely be back.

Quiet Cozy Quaint perfect for a getaway to relax!

Beautiful it was like walking into the past. The bed and breakfast was perfect for a quiet relaxation refreshing recharge from the hustle and bustle. Clean and cozy. Innkeepers very nice helpful and accommodating. Breakfast amazing! Very hospitable. Perfect spot to go sight seeing too close to everything.

Lovely, low key bed and breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It's an old building, truly authentic, the floors and doors creak but in a fun, old-timey way. Izzy and Joe, the innkeepers, built us a fire at the firepit, made a yummy breakfast and told us about the animals and building. We would stay again.

We stayed in the Buckingham room. It was quite comfortable despite the cold weather that week. It's a charming colonial farm house with all the conveniences, and just down the road from Peddler's Village!

I stayed here while in town for a seminar and breakfast didn't start until 830am which I feel is a little late for these properties. I didn't get to participate as I had to be at my conference. My room was fine- no intense cleaning smells or fake fragerances; however I had the library room which is the front of the house and there were 4 spotlights shining directly into the windows the whole night which was awful. I had almost no interaction with staff. It's one of those hard to review situations since I almost dont have a basis. The land is beautiful and it's close to peddlers village and new hope and lambertsville.

Ash Mill Farm was the best little getaway for my fiance and I. They just got a new innkeeper, that started a week before we got there, which made all the difference. Izzi and Joe were amazing; super attentive and caring to anything we needed. Izzi's breakfast options were delicious! We stayed in Bo Peeps Hideaway, one of the private cottages on the property and could not recommend enough. It was clean and quiet and everything you need for a lowkey weekend. It was also very convenient to Peddlers Village and New Hope! We will definitely be back

My husband and I just stayed here for a night to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time. I will preface this by saying, you have to go in with knowing that this is a very old property/bed and breakfast so it will not be immaculate. With that said, I loved our stay. Izzy and Joe were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with suggestions for local things. Our bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a favorite as well. The property itself was also fun with all the animals that you can feed at any time and our cottage door opened up right into the animal pen (I think my husband enjoyed that the most). It is very close to local shopping like Peddlers Village, which we thouroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was a little smaller of portions, HOWEVER, everything was very good! Izzy made these breakfast type cookies that were so so good, I wish I would have asked for the recipe!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a very cute rustic home. Thought it was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good. Check in was a little confusing wish it was a little more clear. But overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Farmhouse charm at its finest

My wife and I arrived on a saturday afternoon for a one night stay in the Library. Check in was easy and our room was beautiful. We loved being on the farm and feeding the animals. Sandy and Tucker (the horses) were the absolute sweetest! The host Jon was there in the morning and made us the most delicious breakfast! We will definitely be staying here again!

This B&B is rustic and has old world charm. Very little in amenities, no hair dryer. It’s central located to most tourist sites. The only downfall to this stay was I found a pray mantis in my bed the first night.

A nice old farm BB

The stay at Ash Mill was very convenient for an overnight stay. It is a very close BB to New Hope, PA and its shops. The price was good comparative to the area. The room was basic and comfortable; Jon (property caretaker) was nice and had good conversation at breakfast. There are even sheep, ponies, goats, and cats to feed if you like (this is a farm).

We stayed during a non busy time (between new years and valentines) so we were the only ones there. Jon was pleasant and his breakfast was delicious. It was so peaceful at night and the bed was so comfortable. The miniture horses were adorable and came right up to the fence for pets. Its located with in minutes of Peddlers Village as well as other easy shopping locations.We had such a wonderful time and will keep this in mind for future visits.

Was pleasant stay. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only minus was bottom of bathroom mirror started at about 5 ft. and I'm 5'3". Couldn't see myself in mirror. Otherwise, great stay.

The breakfasts were good. When I arrived, there was no one there! I called and they told me which room was mine, so I was able to get settled. The bathroom was tiny, ditto the shower. The towels smelled. My bed was not made the second day, and I was not given fresh towels. It was located on a farm, which was lovely, Probably wouldn'd go back.

The owners need to invest money into this property to upgrade the amenities and bathrooms on this property. Prior poor reviews for this place are accurate. The location of this B&B is excellent and I was very disappointed since the quality of Inns in Bucks County is very high. The owners need to invest or sell Ash Mill Farm.

It was amazing to experience a home built in the 1790s. If you are looking for comfortable, clean and convenient to local attractions this will meet your needs (we stayed in the Meadowview Suite) but probably not great for getting to know a little about the property and its history. Staff was efficient and perfunctory. This was a new travel experience for us and it was not the “hallmarky” or “folksy” experience I had imagined it would be. The other guests were friendly and gracious.
