"Toilet did not work,had to find a"

"Made a reservation at the Rodeway Inn in Port Richey, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The “front desk” is essentially a hole in a window, and the man working there was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in the room, absolutely unacceptable. When I raised concerns, there was zero urgency or care shown. Getting a refund turned into another frustrating ordeal that dragged on for days. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall disregard for guests, I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else."

"We enjoyed staying at the clean, cute, well appointed home. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful. The only thing we would change would be having the house welcome statement in English so that we could have understood what the owners we saying. Thankfully the check out instructions were also on Expedia in English. We would definitely recommend staying in the home. "

"The room was pristine. Very nice accommodations! Clean, pretty and well kept. Very quiet location with easy access to shop around and go places. Our stay was very pleasant."

"The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Didn’t use the laundry, but I like the idea of having a laundry. The room was warm at night and we couldn’t get the air conditioner to keep it cool. A ceiling fan would have been great."

"This was a nice place to stay. There had provided thoughtful supplies we would need on a trip. The house was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we would need in the kitchen and bathroom. We really appreciated extra towels! The house has a lot of room and was great for families. Our puppers enjoyed the large yard. Finding the house and check in was easy and it was in a nice neighborhood. The hosts communicated as needed and we enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again the next time we go to Tarpon Springs! "
