“Initially, exact location of property was a secret. This made it difficult to inform family of itinerary. Check-n process was a little unclear. There were no instruction sheets on how to run theTV and there was no information as to amenities such as the laundry. Refrigerator did not appear to be functioning properly as food seemed warm even though temperature was cranked to lowest setting. It did start cooling the final day. The alarm on the dishwasher was beeping but there was no information on……

“It was a nice apartment and was perfect for what we were looking for, but honestly a bit ridiculous that the hosts don’t provide basic things like toilet paper/dish soap... I received the message after it’s time for check-in that there was enough for the first day but after that we’re required to buy our own. I already have to wash the dishes and clean the house before leaving, at least provide the means to do so… Or make it clear on your page before booking that you won’t. Feels a bit like……
