“No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. The views of NYC from the outside patio were nice. The lack of communication through the booking left us confused and the people that……

“Great spot to explore the area from. Kitchen and living room had everything we needed. Bathroom was roomy and water pressure was good. Mattresses are very firm, which we found difficult to sleep on. We also didn’t realize what a railroad style apartment meant until we got there. This problem is easily solved if you’re okay leaving the front door and bathroom door unlocked so the bathroom can be accessed without going thru the other bedroom. Apartment is up a couple of flights of stairs. Overall……
