“Ooof this is tough to write. We (family of 6) spent 6 days and nights here in July 2026 and overall had a great time, but there are definitely concerns. First the good- the location is superb, the on-site covered parking is clutch in sun and rain, and the pool was excellent. The breakfast spread was top notch and had variety. The bartenders were friendly and made great drinks and food. Now the bad- this place is not well maintained. The single elevator had a super soft floor that was a……

“This property is beautiful as long as you love older hotels the only issue I have is I wake up congested each time and you can hear the cracking of floors above when people walk, but still one of my favorite places to stay. Amazing breakfast at mermaid cafe and amazing dinner at Riverview however I was unaware they offer a 20% discount at the restaurant with hotel key until the morning after we stayed I saw flyer in room. I wish that they told you this at checkin. As I’ve missed out on discount……
